About
At Kelly A. Driscoll Prof Corp, we have a client-centred approach – meaning that we offer the kind of services that we would want if we needed a lawyer. We get that a lot of people are nervous around lawyers so among other things, in order to put our clients at ease, we will:
- Be approachable in our mannerisms;
- Speak in plain language instead of attempting to impress with unnecessary legal jargon or unnecessary use of Latin;
- Help clients get their story out by asking the relevant questions;
- Provide the legal advice in the manner that works best for our clients (i.e., in person or if the client prefers visual presentation, we can provide the advice in writing);
- Make our expectations of clients clear from the beginning of the file and make clear what clients can expect from us;
Our areas of practice can be found on our services page.
Kelly A. Driscoll, BBA, LLB
Barrister & Solicitor
Born and raised in Miramichi, New Brunswick, Kelly initially made her way to the Fredericton/Oromocto area when she attended the University of New Brunswick for both her B.B.A. and LL.B. She was called to the bar in June 2009 and opened her own law practice in September 2009.
Believing that legal advice should not be unaffordable for members of the general public, Kelly volunteers her time with the Fredericton Legal Advice Clinic and other initiatives related to access to justice.
Kelly’s primary areas of practice include:
- Family Law;
- Real Estate; and
- Wills & Estates.
In the rare moments when she is not working, Kelly can usually be found doting on one of her cats or attempting to sneak back into her office (…usually with a cat in tow).
Olivia Ricketts, BA, JD

Amber enjoys spending time with her husband, her two beautiful daughters, her dogs, and her best friend in the whole world, Jessica Park… in that exact order. A military spouse, Amber has resided in the Oromocto community for a number of years. She looks forward to having the opportunity to use her knowledge to assist her community.
Sarie Lakes, B.A.
Paralegal
Sarie graduated with honours from Atlantic Business College in 2015 as a Paralegal/Legal Administrative Assistant, after which she worked with our firm for over two years. In 2017, she decided to return to school and graduated with distinction from St. Thomas University in 2020 with a double major in Human Rights and Communications & Public Policy and a minor in Political Science.
Sarie is a proud Frederictonian, which is where she resides with her husband and two Havanese, Milo and Mason. In her spare time, Sarie, not Siri, enjoys volunteering her time with various initiatives, participating in moot court competitions, and listening to the podcast My Favourite Murder (SSDGM).
Despite being warned of the difficulties of being a lawyer, Sarie’s passion for the law has led her to receive admission to the University of New Brunswick’s Faculty of Law for the 2021-2022 academic year.
Sarie currently assists us on a casual basis while she attends school.
Jessica Park
Paralegal
Jessica Park graduated with Distinction in 2020 from Eastern College’s paralegal program. She previously worked with us and left briefly to explore other opportunities. Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, her two handsome sons, her dog, her many cats and her best friend in the whole world, Amber Benoit. She is our principal office clown in our office of many clowns.
Jessica and her family were posted to Oromocto in 2016 and have resided here since that time. She is happy to use her skills to assist our clients.
